The True North Partnership is an annual strategic planning and quarterly reflection program for business owners and their leadership teams, structured around a planning session and four quarterly review sessions.
The Ture North Partnership is designed for business owners who want more than good intentions at the start of the year. It provides structured facilitation for the planning, reflection, and adjustment that keeps a company moving in the right direction, even when the year doesn't go exactly as expected.

This is not a one-time planning session. It is a year-long thinking partnership built around your business calendar.
How It Works
Plan, reflect, adjust.
The engagement begins with a complimentary strategy call to determine the right scope, format, and timing for your team. From there, the engagement is structured around a strategic planning session followed by quarterly reflection sessions to keep the plan current and the team aligned throughout the year.

Two entry points are available. Fall engagements begin with a full planning session ahead of the new year. Mid-year engagements begin with a review and reset session, with the option to continue into the following year's full planning cycle.

Team size determines format:

1 participant: 2-hour planning session, 2-hour quarterly sessions

2 to 4 participants: half-day planning session, 2-hour quarterly sessions

5 to 10 participants: full-day planning session, half-day quarterly sessions
Pricing ranges
Half-year engagement: $3,000 to $6,000
Full-year engagement: $5,000 to $10,000
