The Rising Leader Cohort is a group coaching program that runs monthly, covering one leadership topic per cohort across three 60-minute sessions and one individual 30-minute follow-up session per participant.

The Rising Leader Cohort is a monthly group coaching program designed for the managers and directors you're counting on to grow. Each cohort focuses on one leadership topic, delivered across three sessions with individual follow-up coaching included.

Spots are limited to 10 per cohort.

How It Works

Three sessions. One topic.

Real results.

Each cohort runs across three weekly 60-minute sessions, plus a 30-minute individual follow-up coaching session for each participant after the cohort closes.

Session 1 is an interactive workshop on the topic. Session 2 is a facilitated group debrief where participants share what they tried and what came up. Session 3 is group coaching focused on implementation and building the habit.

Participants leave each cohort with a concrete skill they can apply immediately, and a peer group of leaders working through the same challenges.

Pricing:

$1,000 per participant.

 

All three sessions and the individual follow-up are included.
