Team Engagements
Cove Leadership offers two team-based engagements: Strategic Alignment for business owners and their leadership team working through a significant decision or transition together, and the Rising Leader Cohort, a group coaching program for the leaders on your team who are committed to growing their skills.
Strategic Alignment Engagement
Some rooms need help thinking.
That's what we're here for.
Strategic Alignment is a facilitated engagement for business owners and their leadership team, built for groups navigating a strategic inflection point, a transition, or a decision that needs everyone rowing in the same direction. The outcome is alignment among the people in the room and a clear action plan they can actually commit to.
The facilitator's role isn't to tell the room what to decide. It's to create the conditions where the room can decide well.
How It Works
The engagement begins with a complimentary strategy call to understand your team's size and what you're trying to accomplish. From there, Krista designs the engagement around your specific group.
This is also how Krista approaches leadership succession: aligning the leader stepping back and the leader stepping up on what the transition needs to look like, then supporting each of them individually through it.
Rising Leader Cohort
The leaders around you are your greatest asset.
Invest in them.
The Rising Leader Cohort is a monthly group coaching program for the leaders on your team who are committed to growing their skills. Each cohort includes three group sessions on one leadership topic, plus a 1:1 coaching session for every participant. Spots are limited to 10 per cohort.
How It Works
Session one is an interactive workshop on the topic. Session two is a facilitated group debrief where participants share what they tried. Session three is group coaching focused on implementation. After the cohort closes, each participant receives a 1:1 coaching session with Krista to apply what they learned to their specific role. Every participant leaves with a concrete skill and a peer group working through the same challenges.
Leading with Ownership
Some leaders wait to be told what's next. Others take ownership of what's in front of them and follow through without a reminder. This cohort is built around that shift: setting expectations that are actually clear, holding yourself and others to them, and becoming the kind of leader where things don't fall through the cracks.
