Some leaders wait to be told what's next. Others take ownership of what's in front of them and follow through without a reminder. This cohort is built around that shift: setting expectations that are actually clear, holding yourself and others to them, and becoming the kind of leader things don't fall through the cracks around. For the rising leader, this is a chance to build a reputation as someone whose word means something gets done, the person others can hand things to without a follow-up email three days later. For the business owner sponsoring a participant, it's an investment in exactly the kind of follow-through that means fewer things land back on your desk. Across three weekly sessions, the cohort moves through a Workshop, a Debrief, and an Integration session: introducing the core skill, working through real application with the group, and building it into a lasting habit. Each participant also receives a 30-minute individual coaching session after the cohort closes, to apply what they've learned to their specific role and team.
